September 2026
The Dashboard, rebuilt around one page
Eight tiles with their change and trend, the full sales trend with every change marked, then sales by channel, sales by market, top products, key sizes sold out and a profit row from net sales to margin after marketing. Each team's detailed views still sit underneath.
Faster stock and series pages
The stock tiles that took three to five seconds now load in about 40 milliseconds, and daily series pages answer in a few milliseconds.
Targets for ratios, and quarters that add up
Targets for return on ad spend, marketing efficiency, order value, cost per acquisition and rates now take their actual from the period's own parts, and a quarter, half or year counts only the months that carry a target.
Sales figures that match Shopify's own
One calculation now sits behind every sales figure, wherever the order arrived from: returns land on the day they are made, tax as it was charged, gift cards left out of sales, and shipping refunds counted once. September was re-derived for every store and checked day by day.
Your UTM medium names the channel
Paid search, paid social, email, SMS and affiliate traffic are read from utm_medium the same way on every page, and the tracking setup in Settings writes links that follow it.
Who made each change, and why
Every change on the timeline now says whether your team, your agency, someone outside or an app made it, and anyone can add a note on why. Product changes are named as they arrive from Shopify.
A Home page for every brand
Brands open to a Home page: four tiles with their pace against target, the agency team on the account, the latest and next reports, and the last seven days of changes.
Campaign tables in your currency
Campaign and product tables for Meta and Google now convert each ad account's own currency into yours, the same way the tiles and charts do.
Key size sold-out alerts
When a size that matters sells out on a product that matters, Buying hears about it. A size matters when it sold 26 or more units in 60 days or belongs to a top 20 product, and every location is checked before it counts as gone. It is marked back in when two or more units return.
Actions filed to nine teams
Intelligence files every action to one of nine teams: Trading, Paid Media, CRM and Retention, Content, Merchandising, Buying, Operations, Finance and Data. Each person sees their own teams' list first.
The journey on every order
Each order's Attribution tab shows the ad that earned it, the first click, the assists in between and every visit newest first. A click from an ad with no UTM tags now follows the journey, so the order list and the order record agree.
A quieter timeline: real changes only
Checkout and order activity no longer crowds the timeline, and an ad that flips in and out of review within two minutes is folded into the one edit behind it.
Stock value, snapshotted every night
Every store's stock is snapshotted each night, so the Products stock tiles show how stock value has moved since the day before.
Markets: every country compared
Ad spend by delivery country from Meta and Google, reconciled to campaign spend, beside each market's sales, conversion, order value and returns. Prices are tracked in each market, a P&L can be read by market, and a verdict appears only when there are enough orders to judge.
Product and theme changes, as they happen
Status changes, publishes, price moves of 5% or more and sales are recorded once per product per day, and theme publishes are recorded where the store allows it.
More from Meta, Google and Klaviyo
Meta reach, frequency and funnel steps, Google impression share, Klaviyo deliverability by day, and the landing page tags on every order.
