When an agency you work with sends you a proposal, you get an email with a link. The page holds two documents:
- The proposal, which you accept.
- Schedule 1 and the terms, what is agreed and the agency's terms, which the agency has already signed and you sign.
You can do them in either order. Nothing starts until both are done.
Accept the proposal
- Read the proposal, including Your investment, which shows what you will pay.
- Choose Accept the proposal, type Your full name and confirm.
Sign Schedule 1 and the terms
- Read Schedule 1: what is agreed and the terms.
- Confirm the billing details. Anything the agency already holds is filled in for you; check it and Edit if changed:
- Legal entity name (as registered) and Trading name
- Registered address, Country and Company number
- Tax number type and Tax number (for example UK VAT, EU VAT or a UAE TRN)
- Who receives the invoices, with Add a person for each one
- Choose Continue to sign, type Your full name and sign.
When both are done
The contract starts, and everyone who signed is emailed the sealed copy of both documents. If the page says the agency is starting the contract, it will finish shortly; you do not need to do anything.
If you do not want to go ahead
Choose Decline the proposal. You can tell the agency why. Declining says no to both the proposal and its terms.
