For agencies

Every client's numbers, and your margin on each one.

Your strategists get the depth they need on every client. You get the agency itself, run on the same numbers, from retainers and commission to client margin, the bonus pot and the people doing the work. Fabrik was built inside an agency, and is used by one every day.

Needs you: two leave requests to approve, Fellwick's September report ready to publish, and the actions waiting for Paid Media, Buying and CRM and Retention, for Quarrow, an example agency.

Your own margin

Run the agency on the same numbers as its clients.

Each client's margin from real payroll costs and Teamwork hours, commission from the client's own sales, invoices raised in Zoho Books and the delivery team's bonus pot. Account managers see status and hours, never the money.

  • Client margin against target
  • Contracts, commission and Zoho Books invoices
  • The delivery margin against the target your agency sets, and the bonus

Questions from agencies

Does each client need its own plan?

No. Agency plans include Pro for each client, up to the plan's client limit.

Can our account managers see client margin?

They see each client's status and hours; the money is for the roles allowed to see agency finance.

Do we need Teamwork, Xero and Zoho Books?

Client analytics work without them. Margin needs time from Teamwork, costed rates come from Xero Payroll, and invoicing runs through Zoho Books.

Do reports carry our agency's name?

Yes. Client reports carry your agency's cover. The app itself stays Fabrik.
