Check integration health and reconnect
See whether Shopify, Meta, Google Ads and Klaviyo are syncing, read the warnings Fabrik Analytics shows, and reconnect a platform that has stopped.

Each connection can stop for reasons outside Fabrik Analytics: a password change, a person leaving who approved the connection, a permission removed in Meta or Google, or an app uninstalled. Fabrik Analytics shows where this has happened and offers the right button to fix it.
Before you start
- Anyone who can open the brand's Settings, Integrations can see the statuses. Reconnecting needs the Manage integrations permission (agency staff and client owners have it).
- The Sync health table on Intelligence, Data trust needs a plan that includes Intelligence.
Check the Integrations page
- Open the brand, then Settings, Integrations.
- The header shows how many platforms are connected, such as "4 of 6 connected".
- Each row shows the platform, Connected or Not connected, the account, and the last sync time.
- A red line under a row shows the latest sync's error. A progress bar shows a sync in progress.
- Sync history, at the foot of the page, lists the latest 20 runs with Platform, Status, Rows, Started and Error.
Warnings you may see
| Warning | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify connection needs attention | Shopify refused the stored access | Open Fabrik Analytics from Apps in your Shopify admin and approve anything Shopify asks for |
| Shopify permissions out of date | A new permission is waiting | Open Fabrik Analytics from Apps in your Shopify admin and approve it |
| Google sync is paused / Klaviyo sync is paused | Access was revoked, expired or lost a permission | Click Reconnect Google or Reconnect Klaviyo |
| Meta needs the brand's own connection / Google needs the brand's own connection | The brand used its agency's connection and no longer works with that agency | Connect your own account on that row |
| Reconnect Klaviyo to grant new permissions | An older Klaviyo connection lacks lists and segments | Click Reconnect Klaviyo |
| Klaviyo was disconnected from your Klaviyo account | The app was removed in Klaviyo or its access ran out | Click Reconnect Klaviyo |
Check Sync health on Data trust
- Open the brand, then Intelligence, Data trust.
- Find Sync health. Platforms needing attention are listed first.
- State reads Syncing, Late, Paused, Off or Not synced yet. Last completed is the last sync that worked; Last tried is the last attempt.
- Note explains a stopped connection, for example "The connection expired; reconnect it in Settings, Integrations".
Agency staff can see every client's setup at once on Clients, Setup and health.
Reconnect a platform
- Open Settings, Integrations and click the platform's row.
- Click the reconnect button: Reconnect Meta, Reconnect Google or Reconnect Klaviyo.
- Approve the access in the platform's own screen.
- You return to Fabrik Analytics. The warning clears once the next sync succeeds.
Shopify is reconnected from Shopify itself: open Fabrik Analytics from Apps in your Shopify admin and approve anything Shopify asks for. See Approve new permissions in Shopify.
Troubleshooting
- Status Stuck in Sync history: the run has shown Running for over 10 minutes. It is usually cleared automatically. If a new sync says it is already in progress, use Force restart from the message.
- "Sync history could not be loaded": a problem reading the history, not a sign syncing stopped. Click Try again.
- "Sync health could not be read": the same, for the Data trust table.
If a platform keeps failing after reconnecting, email support@fabrik.ae with the brand, the platform and the error text.
