Every brand and store, added up in one currency.
The group's Home, Dashboard and every section add its brands up in the group's own currency, then show each brand beneath, against the period before, last year and plan. Products, orders, customers, email and the website read the same way, and every row opens that brand's own page.

Every country the group sells to, added up.
Markets adds each country up across the brands in the group's currency, with each brand's split beside it, so you see how much of the group trades outside its home markets and which brands carry it. A brand's figure opens that brand's Markets on the country.
- Countries added up across the brands
- Each brand's split by country
- The share outside home markets

The group's own currency and financial year.
The group picks its reporting currency, and each brand's figures are converted to it at each day's rate, whatever currency the brand reports in. The group can also run to its own financial year, which its Trading, P&L and Targets then follow.
- One reporting currency for the group
- Each day converted at that day's rate
- The group's own financial year

Access to the whole group, or to one brand.
People added to the group see every brand in it, and the switcher at the top of the menu takes them between the group and any of its brands. Someone given one brand sees that brand only, with a role there. Taking someone off the group takes back what the group gave them, and leaves any access given at a single brand.
- Group members see every brand in the group
- One switcher for the group and its brands
- Brand logins see their own brand only

Questions from multi-brand companies
Does each store need to be connected separately?
Yes. Each Shopify store connects as its own brand, with its own ads and email, and the group adds them up.
Which figures are added up?
Sales, orders, spend, contribution and the rest are each brand's own for the period, converted to the group's currency and added up. Rates such as MER, ROAS and AOV are worked out again from the sums.
Where do records such as orders and products live?
In each brand. The group's pages add the brands up and list them, and a row opens the brand's own page with its records.
