See the published terms every proposal is sent with, read the exact text a client signs, and know what happens when a new version is published.

Every proposal you send carries a published version of your terms. The client signs it beside Schedule 1, what is agreed.
See your terms
- Go to Settings, Sales, and find Terms.
- Each published version is listed, for example Version 1.2, with the date it was published.
- Choose View terms to read the text exactly as a client receives it, page by page. Choose Hide terms to close it.
How the text is made
Your terms are written once, with the figures that change between agencies kept apart from the words: notice periods, payment days, how long a proposal stays open, your company's legal name and address, and the law that applies. When a version is published, the text is put together with those figures and frozen. That frozen text is what every proposal sent with the version carries, and what the client signs.
Changing your terms
Editing your terms comes with the new settings. Until then, email support@fabrik.ae with the change and we will publish a new version. Proposals sent from then on carry the new version; proposals already sent keep theirs.
