What is on the brand Home page?
A tour of a brand's Home page: your setup steps, what needs attention, what changed since your last visit, your team, reports and the staff-only Account row.

Home is the first page you land on inside a brand. It answers four questions: who is working on this with us, what needs whose attention today, what changed since I last looked, and where are my reports. It deliberately shows no sales figures and no date picker. For figures, choose Open the Dashboard.
Before you start
- Everyone who can open a brand can open its Home. Client users land here when they sign in.
- Agency staff see the same page plus a staff-only Account row at the bottom.
- Some blocks depend on your role and plan. Needs attention needs access to Intelligence.
Step by step: open Home
- Choose the brand from the switcher, or open its link.
- Choose Home, the first item in the brand's menu.
- Scroll down the page. Each block loads on its own, so if one fails to load the rest still work.
What you will see
The welcome row
Your greeting and today's date, the brand's name and website, when the data last synced, an Open latest report link when a report has been published, and Open the Dashboard.
Getting set up and Loading your last 12 months
While setup is unfinished, Getting set up lists each step with a count such as "4 of 9 done". Every step is worked out from what is really connected or entered, so it ticks itself off when you finish the task. Optional steps can be marked Not relevant and brought back with Add back. This block shows to people who can set up the brand: agency staff on the client, or the owner of a brand that runs itself.
Loading your last 12 months appears while your history is still being imported, with a percentage per platform. History loads one platform at a time, newest days first, so recent weeks fill in within minutes. Ads and email take minutes; Meta and Shopify can take a few hours. Older periods stay empty until the import reaches them.
Needs attention
Two counts of open actions from Intelligence: Your side and Our side, each with the teams involved, and a line naming the oldest item waiting on your side. Choose either count to open Intelligence's Actions filtered to that side, or See all in Intelligence for everything.
Since your last visit
How many changes the timeline holds since you last opened Home, with a count per platform (Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo and custom events), and the one or two most notable. Choose Open the timeline to see them all.
Your team at your agency
Each person on your account with their photo, role on the account, a Lead badge for the account lead, and when they joined your account. An Away badge shows booked holiday in the next 60 days, and someone covering for a colleague says so. Your team opens the full page.
Team availability, next 60 days
A calendar of who is away over the next 60 days, including bank holidays. It shows booked holiday only, never the reason. If nobody is off, it reads "Everyone is in for the next 60 days".
Reports and Your partnership
Reports shows the latest published report and when the next is due, with Open. Your partnership shows how long you have worked with your agency, how many reports have been published and how many people are on your account.
Account (staff only)
Agency staff see the contract status and days left, whether every platform has synced in the last two days (or which are behind), the last report date, the client contact, the tracking status, and the latest team notes. Add note adds a custom event to the brand's timeline. Access and Contracts open those pages.
Troubleshooting
- "No agency is working on this brand": the brand runs itself, so there is no account team to show.
- "No one is on your account team yet": the agency has not named who works on your account.
- A block says it could not load: use its retry button. If it keeps failing, email support@fabrik.ae with the brand and the time.
