This guide shows where things are, so you can get from your Home to the figure you want quickly.
Before you start
What you see depends on your role and your brand's plan. Agency staff see more (their agency's pages, and an Account section inside each client). This guide describes a brand's own pages.
The menu
The menu on the left lists your brand's sections. Each section has its own pages, shown as tabs across the top of the page.
- Home: the front door. Your setup checklist while setup is unfinished, your team at your agency if you have one, reports, and the changes since your last visit. No figures.
- Dashboard: your figures in one place, with Overview and Live.
- Trading: Overview, P&L and Targets.
- Intelligence: Actions, Timeline and Data trust.
- Products, Orders, Customers and Markets: your store's catalogue, orders, customers and countries.
- Paid Media: Meta and Google Ads, and your ad creative.
- Email & CRM: Klaviyo campaigns, flows and segments.
- Website: visits, sources and landing pages, from the tracking pixel.
- Reports: reports and digests.
- Settings: the tabs your role can open, for example Integrations, Tracking, Team and Notifications.
A small lock beside an item means it is not in your plan. Opening it explains which plan includes it.
Switch brand or portfolio
- Choose the workspace name at the top of the menu.
- Search, or pick from Starred, Recent, Portfolios or All brands.
The top bar
- Help for this page (the question mark icon) opens the help centre article for the page you are on.
- Notifications (the bell) shows what needs you. See Choose which notifications you receive.
- Your picture opens your menu: My profile, Notifications, Billing (if you manage billing), Two-factor sign-in, Help centre and, if you have more than one place to open, Make this my start page.
Agency staff also have Search brands, pages… in the top bar (Cmd K or Ctrl K).
Date ranges and comparisons
Most pages have a date button in the bar under the title.
- Choose the date button.
- Pick a preset: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This week, This month, This quarter, This year, This financial year, Last week, Last month, Last quarter, Last year or Last financial year. Or type a start and end date.
- Under Compare, choose Previous period, Previous month, Year-over-year or No comparison. The Dashboard also offers Average of the same weekday (8 weeks), which compares against the same days 1 to 8 weeks earlier.
- Choose Apply.
"Last 7 days" ends yesterday, so it is always seven complete days. The "This" presets include today so far.
The (?) beside page titles
Many pages have a small question mark next to their title, labelled "How these figures are worked out". Choose it to read how the page counts its figures: which orders are included, which dates are used, and where the data comes from. Read it before comparing a figure with Shopify or an ad platform.
Troubleshooting
A page says it could not be loaded: choose Try again. If one block fails, the rest of the page still works.
A page is blank after we release an update: the app reloads itself once. If it still looks wrong, reload the page.
