Built inside an agency, on real client accounts.
Fabrik began as the tool a UK and UAE ecommerce agency needed to answer one question every Monday: what changed, and did it make us money? Everything in it exists because a live account needed it.
Principles we don't bend.
These are the rules the platform is written to, not marketing copy.
One source of truth
Every summary metric resolves from the same daily model, so the dashboard, the report and the Slack digest start from the same figures. Where two views differ, we treat it as a bug.
Money on the day it moved
Net sales excludes shipping and taxes, refunds land on the day they happened, and payment fees come from Shopify where recorded and your gateway rates where not.
Never blended across brands
Each brand keeps its own currency, thresholds and targets. Cross-brand totals are always explicit and labelled.
Rank by what's true
Where a metric misleads, like lift in a category-dominated catalogue, we flag it rather than quietly ranking on it.
Alerts carry a price
If we can't attach money to a warning, it isn't worth interrupting anyone's day with.
Client data stays protected
Access fenced per brand in the database itself, personal details stripped before storage, and a demo mode that masks identifiers on screen shares.
