Your agency can connect its own Meta Business Manager and Google Ads manager account. Your clients' Meta and Google Ads then sync on your agency's access, and you use the same connections to ask a prospect for access to their accounts for a store review.
Before you start
- Who can do it: the agency's owners and directors.
- For Meta, a system user in your own Business Manager.
- For Google Ads, a Google login that can reach your manager account (MCC).
Connect Meta
- In Meta's Business Settings, open System users, choose Generate token for the Fabrik Analytics app, with expiry Never and the ads_read permission.
- In Fabrik Analytics, open Settings, Integrations, then Advertising.
- Paste it under Paste system user token and choose Save. Meta checks the token before it is saved.
- The ad accounts the token can see are listed under Meta.
Connect Google Ads
- On the same page, choose Connect on the Google Ads row and sign in with Google.
- Under Manager account, choose your manager account and choose Save.
- The client accounts your manager account can reach are listed under Google Ads.
Check or disconnect
- Check again reads both connections afresh.
- Disconnect asks first, then stops your clients syncing on that connection until it is connected again.
