Own several brands? See them all in one place, on one licence.
For houses of brands, multi-brand groups and holding companies that own several ecommerce brands. Every brand's sales, ad spend and targets side by side and added up in the group's own currency, each brand's detail one click away, and one Enterprise licence covering every brand in the group.

Several brands usually means several of everything.
Each brand grew up with its own setup, so head office ends up stitching the group together by hand.
A login for every brand
Seeing the whole group means signing in and out of each brand's tools, one at a time.
A different tool at every brand
Each brand team picked its own reporting, so no two brands are measured the same way.
A licence for every brand
Every tool is bought brand by brand, so the bill grows with each brand you add.
Numbers that never line up
Different currencies, financial years and definitions, so the group's total lives in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts.
Every brand side by side, and the group added up.
Brands puts every brand on one table, with net sales, contribution, ad spend, MER, orders and order value against the period before, last year and plan, and the group's total beneath. The Dashboard and Trading add the brands up in the group's own currency and financial year, then show each brand's part. A row opens that brand's own page.
- Revenue, ad spend and MER, by brand and for the group
- Every brand against the period before, last year and plan
- One reporting currency and one financial year
- A row opens that brand's own page

Group costs, split across brands, for an accurate P&L per brand.
Head office overheads, from the warehouse and staff to software and agency fees, are entered once for the group, as fixed or variable costs, shipping or payment fees, recurring or one-off, with start and end dates. Switch on Split equally across brands and each brand carries its share, so every brand's profit is real rather than flattered, and the group's consolidated P&L adds them up. A brand can still replace a group cost with its own.
- Costs entered once for the group
- Split equally across the group's brands
- Every brand's P&L carries its share
- A consolidated P&L in the group's currency

Every brand's pace against plan, and one target for the group if you pool them.
Targets shows every brand's months against target and the months ahead at their forecast, and the group's pace adds them up. Where the group plans to one summed target, spend is free to move between brands. The group's spend plan is split by each brand's share of the last 28 days' spend, so the brands' plans always add up to the group's target.
- Every brand's pace against plan
- The months ahead at their forecast
- One pooled target, with spend free to move

Head office sees every brand. Each brand team sees its own.
Add someone to the group and they see every brand in it, including brands added to the group later. Give someone a single brand and they see that brand only, as an owner, a manager or a viewer, with what each role may change enforced in the database. Take someone off the group and the access the group gave them goes with it, while access given at a single brand stays.
- Head office sees every brand, including new ones
- Brand teams see their own brand only
- Owner, manager or viewer at each brand
- Unlimited seats on Enterprise

Questions from multi-brand companies
Do I pay per brand?
Not for the first 3. One Enterprise licence covers up to 3 brands from £1,490 a month, then each extra brand is priced at the rate card: £349 a month each, £299 above 15 brands and £249 above 40. A brand above £10M a year online counts as one more brand for each further £10M.
Can each brand team see only their brand?
Yes. Someone given one brand sees only that brand, as an owner, a manager or a viewer. Only people added to the group see every brand in it.
Can head office costs be shared across the brands?
Yes. Enter a cost once for the group and switch on Split equally across brands. Each brand's P&L then carries an equal share, and the group's P&L adds them up.
Can we buy it online?
No. Enterprise is sold by Fabrik rather than through checkout. Talk to us, and we will walk through your brands with you and agree one licence for the group.
Our brands report in different currencies. Is that a problem?
No. Each brand keeps its own currency. The group picks one reporting currency, and each brand's figures are converted to it at each day's rate.
Does each brand need its own store connected?
Yes. Each Shopify store connects as its own brand, with its own ads and email, and the group adds them up. A brand with a store in each region counts each store as a brand in the group.
