Make your agency's email templates

Make your agency's own marketing and transactional email templates in the document editor, from Settings, Sales, for your sequences and sends to use.

Your agency's email templates are made in the same document editor as reports and proposals, with blocks that work in email.

Make a template

Go to Settings, Sales, and find Email templates.
Choose New marketing email or New transactional email.
Give it a name, then add blocks: headings, text, images, callouts, dividers and buttons. A marketing email can also hold an offer.
It saves as you type.

Edit a template

Choose its name under Email templates to open it again.
