Set up Meetings booking pages
Booking pages for your agency's people: connect your Google Workspace once, then each host connects their calendar and adds meeting types.

Meetings gives your agency booking pages: a prospect or client picks a free time, and the meeting goes into the host's Google Calendar with a Google Meet link. The person who booked is added to your CRM as an enquiry.
Before you start
- Your plan. Booking pages are part of the sales CRM, included in Agency Studio, Agency Scale and Agency Enterprise.
- Your agency's Google Workspace. Booking pages take meetings on your agency's own Google, never a personal Gmail account.
- Who connects the workspace: the agency's owners and directors. Everyone else sees it read only.
- Who takes bookings: anyone on your team whose own Google Calendar is connected on the workspace's domain.
1. Connect your agency's Google Workspace
- Open Settings, then Integrations.
- On the Google Workspace card, choose Connect and sign in with your agency's Google Workspace account.
- Fabrik Analytics records the workspace's domain only. It asks for no access to anyone's calendar here.
Until the workspace is connected, your agency's booking pages publish nothing.
2. Connect your own Google Calendar
- Open My profile.
- Choose Connect Google Calendar and sign in with your Google account on the agency's domain.
Each host does this once for themselves.
3. Add a meeting type
- In My profile, under Meetings, choose New meeting type.
- Fill in:
- Name, for example "Discovery call".
- Lengths: 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. The first one is preselected for the person booking.
- Your part of the address, usually your first name, and This page's part of the address.
- Where: Google Meet, a phone call, in person or somewhere else.
- Description, shown on the booking page, and a Note in the confirmation email.
- Turn on Published and save.
- Choose Copy link to share the page, or Embed code to put it on your own website.
4. Set your hours
Under Your hours in My profile:
- Time zone.
- Set my own hours, day by day. Without your own hours, your pages offer your agency's core hours on weekdays.
- Notice (hours): how soon someone can book. The default is 4 hours.
- Days ahead: how far ahead people can book. The default is 60 days.
- Gap before and Gap after, in minutes, around each meeting.
- Most a day: leave it blank for no limit.
What the person booking sees
They pick a day, then a time, add anything they would like you to know and choose Confirm booking. Then:
- Confirmation. They get a confirmation email with the meeting's details and your note.
- Reminders. They get a reminder a day before and another an hour before.
- Moving or cancelling. The link in their emails lets them pick a new time or cancel, with a reason if they wish. The meeting in your Google Calendar is moved or removed to match.
In your CRM
Each booking adds the person to your CRM, owned by the host, with their company found from their email address. A booking counts as an enquiry: it never creates or moves a deal, and if the company already has an open deal, the booking shows it. If one of your CRM forms offers a call, the person sees a link to your booking page after sending the form.
