What does each plan include?
The brand and agency plans side by side, what each one adds, how history and seats differ, and where to see today's prices.

Every Fabrik Analytics plan imports all of your data. What changes between plans is how far back you can look, how many people can sign in, and which parts of the app are open. This article explains the plans in plain words. For today's prices, see fabrikanalytics.com/pricing or your Billing page, which read from the same catalogue, so the two always agree.
Before you start
- Anyone can read the plans on the pricing page.
- The Billing page inside the app is for people who manage billing: on a brand, the Client Owner; on an agency, the owner, a director or the CFO. Others see "Billing is for the workspace's owner".
- A brand that works with an agency, or that sits in a portfolio on an Enterprise plan, does not choose a plan at all. See Is my plan covered by my agency or portfolio?.
Plans for brands
| Plan | Built for | History you can see | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Trying the app on your own store | 30 days | 2 |
| Growth | Full commerce, media and reporting | 13 months | 10 |
| Pro | P&L, Intelligence and writing back to Shopify | 24 months | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Several brands on one plan, with portfolio features | 24 months | Unlimited |
Each plan builds on the one before it. The plan cards say "Everything in Growth, plus:" and list the headline additions.
- Free includes the Dashboard, website traffic, the timeline markers on your charts, custom events, everything imported and the first-party pixel.
- Growth adds one channel for every order, stock, reorder and dead stock, the size curve, the post-purchase survey, paid media for Meta and Google Ads, email and SMS, and the market scorecard.
- Pro adds Intelligence (actions ranked by money), the full timeline page, a full P&L built from your costs, market verdicts, targets and pacing, product tiers written to Shopify and key size sold-out alerts.
- Enterprise adds several brands on one plan, a portfolio dashboard, portfolio P&L, group costs split across brands, pooled targets, portfolio Intelligence, and onboarding with priority support. See Put a group of brands on one Enterprise plan.
Growth and Pro are for brands up to £10M a year in online sales. Above that, Enterprise counts each brand by its online sales.
Plans for agencies
| Plan | Built for |
|---|---|
| Free agency plan | Getting started, with one client |
| Agency Studio | Boutique agencies |
| Agency Scale | Growing agencies, with priority support |
| Agency Enterprise | Larger agencies, with bespoke onboarding and terms agreed with Fabrik |
On every paid agency plan each client gets Pro. Agency Studio adds the agency Home, building each client's full P&L, contracts and renewals, invoicing through Zoho Books, client margin, and time off with leave balances. The plan cards show how many clients and staff seats are included, the price of each extra client and extra seat, and what one client on Pro would cost on its own.
Step by step: see the plans in the app
- Open the menu under your name (top right) and choose Billing. Inside a brand you can also use Settings, then Billing.
- Under Your plan you see your current plan, its status, how many seats (and, for an agency, clients) are in use, how much history you can see and the next charge.
- Scroll to Plans. Switch between Monthly and Annual, and between GBP, USD and AED.
- Choose Compare every feature on any card to open the full comparison on the same page.
What you will see
- Your current plan's card says Current plan and its button reads Your plan.
- A plan granted to you by Fabrik shows "Granted by Fabrik" instead of a price.
- Agency Enterprise, and any plan priced "From" that is agreed per customer, shows Talk to us instead of a checkout button.
- Locked features elsewhere in the app show "{Feature} is in {Plan}" with an Upgrade to {Plan} button, or "Ask {name} to upgrade to {Plan}" if you do not manage billing.
Troubleshooting
- "Plans could not be loaded": the page could not read the plans. Choose Try again. This is a failed read, not an empty list.
- The Choose button is greyed out with "Payments are not configured for this build": you are on a test or preview copy of the app. Use analytics.fabrik.ae.
- You cannot see Billing in the menu: your role does not manage billing, or your plan is covered by an agency or portfolio. Ask your workspace owner, or email support@fabrik.ae.
