How to read Website: pixel sessions, conversion and the funnel, traffic by channel, source, device or landing page, and where Geography went.

Website shows how the store's site behaves and converts, from the Fabrik pixel on your Shopify store. It is one page, with every landing page one click away.
Before you start
- You need a role that can view the dashboard. Website is on every plan.
- The Fabrik pixel must be set up in Settings, Tracking. Without it the page shows "No pixel data yet" and a Set up pixel button.
Step by step
- Open the brand and choose Website.
- Pick the period and comparison in the date control.
- In the breakdown, choose Break down by: Channel, Source, Device or Landing page, and measure by Sessions or Conversion.
- Choose Show the top 8 to shorten the list, or for landing pages, View every page to open the full list.
What you will see

| Mobile share of sessions | Sessions on a phone. Tablets count as their own device |

Rates change in points on the comparison period.
Sessions over time
Sessions by day against the comparison period. A trend needs two days or more.
Conversion funnel
Sessions through to completed purchases, step by step.
The breakdown
Each channel, source, device or landing page with its sessions or conversion, against the last period. Channels use the same names as order attribution: Paid Social, Paid Search, Organic Search, Organic Social, Email, SMS, Referral, Direct and so on. By country: Markets takes you to visitors by country.
Tracking quality
How many events arrived without a session, a sign of tracking problems, with the change on the comparison period.
Landing pages
View every page opens Landing pages: the first page of each session, the 30 most visited, with sessions, bounce rate, add-to-cart rate, checkout rate and conversion rate, each with its change. Search with Search pages….
Troubleshooting
- "No funnel for this period": no tracked session reached the funnel. Widen the range.
- "No landing page data": page-view events are needed. Check the pixel is firing on entry pages.
- "Website figures failed to load": try again in a moment.
