Use the Products pages
A tour of Products: sales and stock tiles, the catalogue, stock and reorder views, sizes, collections, tiering, product records and key size alerts.
4 min readUpdated 7 October 2026
The Products section shows what sells, what it earns, what stock you hold and what to reorder. It has seven pages in its strip: Overview, Catalogue, Stock, Sizes, Collections, Bought together and Tiering, and every product opens a record.
Before you start
- You need a role that can view commerce, and a plan that includes Products (Growth or higher). Agency staff and brands covered by their agency's plan are never locked.
- Shopify must be connected. Stock figures need Shopify to track inventory for your products. Profit needs a cost per item.
Overview
Open the brand and choose Products. The first row holds eight tiles:
| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Units sold | Units on orders placed in the period |
| Net sales | Gross sales less discounts and returns |
| Average selling price | Net sales divided by units sold |
| Returns | Value of goods returned |
| Sell-through | Units sold against units sold plus on hand, averaged across products, with units on hand now |
| Stock value | Units on hand at retail price, now |
| Reorder needed | Products whose cover is under your lead time, with how many are out of stock |
| Dead stock value | Stock at retail on products with no sale in the period |
Choose a stock tile to jump to the matching list. Below are Units sold by day, a chart of the product ranges that moved most, and Merchandising notes such as selling lines missing sizes.
Catalogue
Every product, or every variant with Variants, with its status, tier, revenue, margin, units, inventory, days of stock, sell-through, views and conversion from the pixel. Search with Search products or tags…, filter by type, vendor and tag, and choose rows to Compare products. A row opens the product's record.
Stock
Three views:
- Reorder: products running short, with weekly velocity and a suggested reorder. Set Lead time (4 to 12 weeks) and MOQ, the minimum order quantity, at the top.
- Dead stock: products holding stock with no sale in the period, at retail.
- Capital tied up: lines holding more than six months of cover, at cost and at retail.
Sizes
The Size curve shows units and revenue by size in size order, the best-selling size and how many units have no size. Bought against sold compares each size's share of stock with its share of sales, the largest over-buy first.
Collections
Revenue, gross profit, margin, units, sell-through and stock value grouped by Type, Tag or Vendor. A product with several tags counts under each, so tag rows do not add up.
Tiering
Each product and variant gets a tier: Hero, Growth, Maintain, Liquidate, New, Dormant, Out of stock or Excluded. The tiles show products scored, Hero share of profit and net profit; the chart shows revenue and net profit by tier.
- Choose a mode: Percentile, Pareto 80/20 or New Customer AOV.
- Choose a window from 30d to All.
- The page previews those tiers. To make them the brand's default for the next scoring pass, choose Save mode. A message confirms it will apply on the next sync.
A product's record
Choose any product to open it. Tabs: Overview (what this product needs and how it ranks), Demand (sessions, add to cart and purchase funnel), Media (ad spend and attributed revenue), Money (margins and where the money went), Stock (on hand, rate of sale, weeks of cover by size, when it sells out), Pricing (each variant's price, compare-at price, cost and margin, price and cost changes, and its prices in a market you pick with the market control) and Variants.
Troubleshooting
- "Stock is not tracked": Shopify is not tracking inventory for these products, so no stock figure is shown.
- "No size data": variants need a size option before a size curve can be read.
- "No scored products yet": tiers appear after the next nightly scoring pass.
