Reset your password or sign in with Google

You can sign in to Fabrik Analytics with your email and password, or with Google. If you forget your password, reset it from the sign-in page.

Before you start

• Use the email address you were invited with or signed up with.
• If two-factor sign-in is on, have your authenticator app ready. You enter its code after either sign-in method.

Reset a forgotten password

1. Go to the sign-in page (Welcome back).
2. Type your Email.
3. Choose Forgot password? above the password box.
4. You see Reset link sent: "Check" your email "for a password reset link."
5. Open the email and choose the link. It opens Set a new password.
6. Type your New password and the same again in Confirm password.
7. Choose Update password. You are signed in straight away.

Password rules

• At least 12 characters.
• At least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number.
• Not a password known from a public data leak.

Sign in with Google

1. On the sign-in page choose Sign in with Google.
2. Pick the Google account for your Fabrik Analytics email address.
3. If two-factor sign-in is on, enter your code.

If you were invited, you can accept with Continue with Google on the invitation page, as long as you choose the invited address. If you pick another Google account, you are told which address the invitation is for.

What you will see

After signing in you land on your start page. You can choose it in My profile. See Edit your profile and start page.

Troubleshooting

"Enter your email": type your email address before choosing Forgot password?.

"Password too weak": the message lists what the password still needs, such as 12 characters or a number.

"Passwords don't match": type the same password in both boxes.

"This reset link has expired": choose Back to sign in and request a new link.

"Couldn't update password": the message says why, usually that the password is too weak or has appeared in a data leak. Choose a different one.

"Connection issue": the app could not reach our servers. Try again, or choose Reset session & retry.

No reset email: check spam. The email comes from analytics.fabrik.ae. If you signed up with Google using a different address, use that address.

You were signed out unexpectedly: sessions end after 30 minutes without activity or 12 hours after signing in. See Why was I signed out?
