How often does Intelligence refresh?
Intelligence checks run about once an hour, stock alerts follow Shopify as it updates, and Data trust shows exactly when the last check ran.

Intelligence is not a report you run. It checks your data on a schedule and stores the result, so the page opens quickly and everyone sees the same findings.
The schedule
| What | How often |
|---|---|
| Intelligence checks | About once an hour |
| Your data from Shopify, Meta, Google and Klaviyo | On each platform's own sync schedule; checks use whatever has arrived |
| Stock levels (for key size alerts) | As Shopify reports them, so a sell-out reaches the next hourly check |
| Market verdicts | Worked out again on every run |
| Timeline changes | As each platform's changes sync |
A finding needs both: the data must have synced, and a check must have run since.
Before you start
You need access to Intelligence (Pro plan and above). The schedule only runs for brands that are being served: with an active agency link, in the final month of offboarding, or on their own plan or trial.
Step by step: check when the last run was
- Open the brand and choose Intelligence.
- Look at the page header. It shows when the findings were checked.
- For detail, open Data trust. The notice at the top reads Checked at a time for a period.
- If it says some checks did not run, the notice lists the missing ones after Missing:. Their absence does not mean they found nothing. If it adds that a sync has finished since, the next hourly check will include it. The notice only appears when the page is showing a stored result.
- Look at Sync health below it to see each platform's Last completed sync.
What you will see
- A stored result is used when it is under two hours old and covers the period you selected. This is the usual case and the page loads quickly.
- No usable stored result, for example when you pick an unusual period: the page works the checks out itself while you wait.
- A partial run: findings are shown, but none are closed, because a check that could not read its data cannot say the problem has gone.
Troubleshooting
- A finding still shows after a fix. Check Sync health for the platform involved. If it last synced before your fix, wait for the next sync and the next hourly check.
- The header time is several hours old. The brand may not be served (for example, after offboarding), or the scheduled run failed. Email support@fabrik.ae with the brand name.
- Some checks did not run, every time. A connection is probably broken. Reconnect the platform named in Settings, Integrations.
