See tracked time from Teamwork
Connect Teamwork, link each person, and read hours, utilisation, client time and missing timesheets by day, week or month.

The Time page shows the hours your team logs in Teamwork against each person's capacity, so you can see utilisation, how much time went to clients, and who has not logged their hours.
Before you start
- Your agency must connect Teamwork. In Settings, Integrations, under Project management, choose Connect on Teamwork ("Mirror projects and logged time, read only, to cost client margin. Connect as a Teamwork site administrator."). Once connected, Sync now runs a sync and Map projects opens project assignment.
- Each person must be linked to their Teamwork user. Whoever manages the team does this on the person's record: on Overview, under Connections, choose Link (or Confirm a suggested match) on the Teamwork row.
- Each person's working pattern (hours a week and working days) comes from their terms, and sets their capacity.
Step by step
- In the main menu choose Time.
- Choose Day, Week or Month, and step back or forward through periods.
- If you can see more than yourself, choose Me, My reports or Everyone.
- Read the tiles, the chart, Missing time and the table.
- Group the table by Person, Team, Client or Area.
What you will see
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Hours logged | Hours logged in Teamwork in the period, against capacity |
| Utilisation | Teamwork hours over capacity |
| Client time | Hours on client projects (delivery and client management) over capacity |
| Untracked | Capacity less Teamwork hours and paid leave, for days already over |
- Capacity is each person's working pattern between their start and last day, less unpaid leave and bank holidays given on top.
- Paid leave counts as tracked time. Today and days ahead never count as untracked.
- The chart shows each period's client work, internal work and paid leave, with capacity as a dashed line.
- On Day and Week, a timesheet grid shows each person's days as Logged, Short, Not logged or Leave.
- Missing time lists who has logged less than expected, with hours logged out of hours expected.
- The page footer says when Teamwork was last read.
Troubleshooting
- "No time in this period": "Time shows here once it is logged in Teamwork and the person's Teamwork user is linked."
- A person's hours are missing: link them to their Teamwork user on their record.
- Client time is lower than expected: assign the client's Teamwork projects to its contract under Business, Contracts, Teamwork projects.
- "Team time could not be read": refresh the page.
- Hours from today are not in yet: Teamwork is read through the day, not instantly. Check the last read time on the page.
